[Debian-bootstrap] could Build-Depends-Indep be discarded?

Done [2].  This patch is automatically [3] regenerated every 12 hours
(00:00 and 12:00 UTC-04:00) from the current sid Sources file and using
the published DSC files of the packages I've modified [4].  Let me know
if you ever have any problems with it.
